About Susy Mark

Susy Mark serves as a Global Industry Marketing Manager with Xerox Global Services for the high-tech, telecommunications and media sectors for North America, AMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. She is responsible for end-to-end services marketing, including industry strategy, positioning, internal and external messaging, development of marketing programs and delivering business-driven metrics. Mark leverages more than 25 years of marketing and sales management experience to help clients measurably improve document-driven processes and make their business more efficient and secure. She also works closely with sales personnel and product marketing staffs to align efforts in the marketplace. 

Mark is responsible for market characterization and research, strategy planning, marketing program development and execution, field enablement and sales coverage. She has developed and directed a range of account-based marketing strategies to elevate the level of client contact and improve planning and strategy efforts. In addition to founding a customer advisory council to generate improved market knowledge for Xerox Global Services, she also works to share her industry knowledge and train other sales professionals. She has written position papers on alliance marketing and coauthored the Client Advisory Council Handbook with the Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA). 

Mark has held extensive and progressively responsible sales operations positions within several Xerox organizations. Starting as major account sales executive, she moved quickly into sales management responsible for the P&L of an 80-million-dollar business with 120 sales executives and systems engineers. Her previous marketing positions included product launch manager for DocuTech®, one of Xerox’s most successful products. She later led the Production Systems Group of Product Managers and Technical Managers in the Central Region as the region marketing operations manager within Xerox’s North American Solutions Group. She took on her current role in 2004.

Prior to joining Xerox, Mark worked as a research associate with Heidrick and Struggles in Chicago, IL. She holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, and has completed a variety of professional education classes, including “Methodologies for Consulting Projects,” “Lean Six Sigma Certification,” and “Create to Win Value-Based Selling.”
